1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
• Non-returnable items: innerwear, personal care items, clearance sale products.

2. Return Process

• Provide reason for return and images if applicable.
• Our support team will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the product passes quality check.
• Amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchange possible for size or color (subject to stock availability).
• If exchange not available, refund will be provided.
